💰 Policies

Cancellation Policy:

14+ days before arrival → Full refund

8–14 days → 50% refund

1–7 days → No refund (exceptions for documented medical emergencies)

Deposit: 50% refundable deposit due within 24 hours of booking to secure stay.

House Rules: No smoking, no parties, respect quiet hours, and follow hot tub rules.
