38 km north of Jyväskylä, lake Niinivesi 30 m (width 1.5 km, length 6 km), shallow, sandy clay bottom, two SUP boards, boat and two piers.

An idyllic round log cabin (built in 1998) in the middle of beautiful nature. The sheltered plot borders the clear water of Niinivesi.

The cabin has a well-equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and a dressing room (with one bed), a washroom, a sauna, a large covered terrace with a gas grill.

On the plot at the tip of the island, there is a lakeside sauna with a covered terrace. There is a hut in the sauna building with electricity. The sauna is supplied with cold water. There is a kettle in the sauna to heat the water. The lakeside sauna is in use from 1.6 to 30.9.

The maximum number of people in the cottage is 5.
