C402 - Comfortable and beautiful condo

This is a lovely 2 bedrooms and 3-bathroom oceanfront upper floor condominium in the Paraiso del Mar Resort. The Paraiso del Mar Resort is located in a small peninsula "El Mogote" a protected area in the City of La Paz South Baja California in Mexico. The Resort has many amenities as an 18 holes golf course, a tennis and volleyball court, 2 swimming pools, and a pool up bar. This area is perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding. All units have a spectacular ocean view.

The living room has a large brown leather sofa with a matching coffee table and end tables with lamps. In the opposite side of the sofa, you will find a TV with satellite service and a DVD player. Many decorative touches have been placed throughout this elegant room. The dining room features a lar dark wood dining room table set to seat six guests.

The Kitchen is massive with its lovely dark wood cabinets and complimenting granite countertops. The appliances are black and include oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. You will also have a coffee maker, blender as well as all the required essentials to create a royal feast. There is a breakfast bar off the kitchen lined with three high back leather and wood bar chairs. These chairs are perfect for morning coffee or as additional seating when entertaining your guests.

Wireless access is provided. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with wooden frame and matching dresser and bedside tables with night lamps. Also, a closet for luggage and hangers are provided for your clothing and cases. A sliding door off the Master Bedroom leads to the terrace and the splendid Mar of Cortez view. The Master Bathroom has his and her double sink vanities with separate bathtub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a king-size bed with brown and red bedding. The 2nd bedroom also has a sliding glass door with complimenting window curtains. The sliding glass door gives access to the fully furnished patio area. The 2nd bathroom has a double vanity sink with a large mirror and a walk-in shower. The 3rd bathroom is in the entrance of the unit next to the laundry room. The Laundry room has a washer and dryer combo.

The patio has been furnished for either dining while watching the sunset or for loading with coffee as the sun rises over the Sea of Cortez. You will not be disappointed with this wonderful unit has to offer.
