134 km north from Joensuu, 230 m to lake Pielinen, with a rocky beach and a swimming pier. Walking distance to the swimming beach situated in front of Bomba Spa is 580 m, by car 640 m. This beach is shallow and child-friendly. The apartment was built in 1978 but has been renovated in 2012 (sauna, bathroom, WC, blumbing, roof). The apartment includes a living room/kitchen with spreadable sofa, an alcove with sliding door and a 120 cm wide bed, low loft with 2 mattresses. The loft is 150 cm from the highest point and there is a steep ladder to get there. There are also a folding mattress which is 68 cm x 190 cm when opened. There is also an electric sauna, a bathroom, a WC, and a terrace. Electric smoker available.

Bomba Spa is 640 m away from the apartment. Bomba's House (the Karelian-style building), is a 200 m walk or 470 m by road. In the summer, next to Bomba's house is Bomba's market and cafe, as well a summer theater. The Frisbee golf course is 200 m away. Holiday Centre Hyvärilä is 2.1 km away, offering various activities such as a golf course, outdoor paddle tennis courts, a sports park, "hyrlinki" (a local sports game), and equipment rentals such as bicycles, SUB boards, canoes, boats, snowshoes, and fishing gear. In the Bomba area, there's also a lean-to approximately 250 m away. If you plan to use it, make sure to bring your own firewood or charcoal.
