- Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. No exceptions!!

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- In 2025-early 2026 roof/balcony repair and north seawall/ramp under construction.

You can make reservations for your tickets with Xplorie up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. You will receive one ticket per each attraction. Additional guests will pay full price. Unused admissions expire daily and do not apply to monthly reservations.

 

*****Please note, BUILDING AMENITIES UNAVAILABLE (including the pool & kiddie pool). Pirate's Cove Condo Assoc. released that the pool work is targeting a March 2026 reopening date, completion remains subject to city inspections and weather conditions. (subject to change).

 

The Pirate's Cove building has some after effects caused by the previous hurricanes that are not shown in the photos and descriptions which were taken prior to the storms. Per Pirate's Cove management, ongoing building repair and construction are necessary at times. This property is privately owned and managed by iTrip Daytona. iTrip Daytona does NOT manage OR have any control over the Pirate's Cove building (OR) its amenities. However, we are still more than happy to accept bookings if you'd like to stay in our privately owned condo unit!! Please inquire first before booking if a certain amenity is mandatory for your stay OR if you have any concerns of ongoing projects as this information is always evolving by building management. Beach access is available next door at Dunlawton beach ramp. There will be no refunds or credits for the aforementioned issues if applicable. *****

 

You will be impressed with this beautiful 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath Oceanfront Unit, which guarantees spectacular views from its 7th floor balcony! Enjoy the morning sunrise from its private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean where you can watch dolphin at play and listen to the waves crash. At night, toast to a special occasion as you watch the sun drop on the Halifax River and Intracoastal Waterway from its “front” balcony.

 

This non-smoking, unit has 580 sq. ft. and sleeps four people. Bedroom has a king bed, view of the Intracoastal from its window, 40 inch flat screen TV, closet, dresser and laptop desk. Bathroom has tub, handheld shower head and hair dryer.

 

Equipped Kitchenette with refrigerator, 4 burner stove top, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee pot maker, crockpot, waffle maker, cookware, plates, cups, and etc. 4-top dining room table with bench seating and stools. Living Room has pull-out sleeper sofa, Reclining chair, faux operating fireplace, 50 inch flat screen TV and entry to its ocean-front private balcony. Free private & secured WiFi and HBO. Linens and towels included.
