We are offering a unique way to enjoy Lake Hamilton and Hot Springs and have a unforgettable vacation experience. This location is so very convenient and close to everything in Hot Springs National Park! Bath House Row, Oaklawn Park and Casino, shopping, Magic Springs Theme Park, Mid America Museum Garvan Gardens, Andrew Hulsey Fish Hatchery Boat Launch and Park. Grocery Stores with in minutes (literally) of the location. Three blocks away from Central Avenue/Hwy 7 S. Your rental will include 3 private bedrooms, 2 with king sized beds and one bunk room with 2 full sized beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The bedrooms have flat screen internet TV with Hulu available.. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need . It also has an island that seats 3 with an open floor plan and a lake view accompanied by a dining area that seats 6 with a lake view as well. Large living area with a 65-inch flat screen smart TV with internet Hulu available. Two large couches adequate for an adult for additional sleeping. On hand airbeds for additional guest (Bring your sleeping bags! We have plenty of room! Wet bar and a gas log fireplace. The back patio is a 1000 sqft screened-in area and has a natural gas grill, charcoal grill, outdoor kitchen/Island Bar, full size fridge, tables and chairs that seat 15+, and a hot tub. In addition, we have a large covered back porch with three picnic tables. Plenty of room for all your outdoor games. To accompany the lake, we also have a 15x20 swim dock with seating available. Great for swimming, fishing, eating dinner, or having cocktails at night or coffee in the morning while enjoying your view of the lake. In addition, we also have a boat dock covered slip that is yours to use for your personal boat for no additional charge. There are several boat rental facilities on Lake Hamilton close by. You would be totally private except for the owner who has a small private condo attached that he uses on occasion but you will have 100% private access to all amenities. We have entertained weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, business meeting and Bachelor/bachelorette parties and have plenty of additional parking for extra guest for events. "COMING SOON!
