Your full kitchen, expansive king bed, dedicated patio and more provide all one needs to explore this island!

This studio, which is akin to an open floor plan one bedroom includes:

*A full kitchen, stocked with pots, pans, oven, stove, fridge, a blender and coffee supplies for all your culinary needs

*A full bathroom, along with bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes

*A king bed, with new luxurious bedding

*A 4 seat dining table, with Turkish linen place-mats

*A couch and cushions along with a TV on a fully movable TV mount for optimal viewing from couch or bed

*A dedicated outdoor space, gently light by string lights at night for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine

*A brand new 36k BTU A/C (overrated to the size of the space) - please turn off when not in use, and if you want it particularly cool on a particularly hot day, we suggest closing the window curtains

Please note:

*Hot water may take a minute or two to reach the shower - just give it a moment to get there and you'll have unlimited hot water for a luxurious shower =)

*We have light cleaning supplies under the sink immediately at hand, but for full sized broom/mop etc. please access the laundry room

*We have a SHARED laundry room available for use OUTSIDE of quiet hours (just to respect the privacy of other guests). This is located on the backside of the building - just walk around the outside of the building! A map is under the sink as well.

*Please brush off sand BEFORE entering the unit as it can damage the drains and washer/dryer units - additional charge may apply for atypical excess sand
