• No Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free unit. Smoking of any kind (including vapes and e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the condo or on the balcony. Violations will result in a fine.

• No Pets: Pets are not permitted.

• Guest Registration: All guests must complete Edgewater’s online registration form and pay a $50 fee prior to arrival. This includes one parking pass, resort wristbands, and full amenity access. An additional vehicle pass is available for $30.
