The boardwalk and dock are close by so you have easy access to the water for fishing, crabbing, kayaking and bird watching. You will also be steps away from the community salt water pool.

**Please keep in mind the BHI CLUB is now capping registration for their guest memberships. If you wish to attend the club during your stay please apply ASAP. **Maximum Occupancy: 8 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

**Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.***

* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

Bald Head Island Info: A private island, you can only get to by boat or ferry. You will leave your vehicle behind and cruise on the golf cart provided at the home. The island is approximately 5 by 2 miles. You can bike around the island in only an hour or two! Bald Head Island is home to the oldest Lighthouses in North Carolina. There are many nature hikes, wildlife watches, beach accesses, shops, restaurants, and activities.
