The State fishing pier, Seaview pier, is 3 miles away, Splash by the Sea restaurant (3.5 miles), shopping and more restaurants within 10 minutes away. 30 minutes from Wilmington International Airport. NO PETS, PLEASE.

REMINDER: THE ATLANTIC OCEAN HAS TIDES FROM -1 FEET AT LOW TIDE up to 6.5 FEET AT HIGH TIDE. THERE COULD BE SEVERAL HOURS A DAY WHEN THERE IS LITTLE OR NO BEACH. HOWEVER, IF YOU WALK ON EITHER SIDE OF THE CONDO COMMUNITY, THE BEACH IS WIDE OPEN.
