The full kitchen and all appliances are available to be used by guests, however, guests are expected to keep clean and not abuse these items. Damages for all items within the unit caused by the occupant/ guests will be charged to the guest.

There is a large garage that can be used by guests.

Off limits to guests:

The hot tub in the garage.

The roof access.

The owners locked closet.

Use of the Elevator is for baggage/luggage only

Access will be granted via key or electronic code and will be sent to the guests/occupant prior to their stay.

We are available via Phone, Text, or Email.

Our normal office hours are Monday-Friday : 8am-1pm

For non-emergency maintenance requests only Monday- Friday : 8pm-1pm

Emergency maintenance issues 24 hours a day 7 days a week
