IMPORTANT Construction Notice:

Emerald Isle will be performing extensive maintenance on the outside of the building and the pool starting in mid-February 2025. During this time, it is possible that during the work schedule, Monday - Saturday 8AM - 5PM, there will be noise and construction dust. Parking is also at a premium during this time. We strongly recommend only ONE car per condo.

Balcony Access Not Allowed: July 19 2025 - August 18 2025

Walkway Access (condo not available): November 17 2025 - November 23 2025 (alternate December 1 - December 7 2025)*

*We have blocked the calendar for these dates. If the dates change for the walkway and you are booked, we will offer you alternate accommodations or a full refund. Be aware the the condo can be used while the balcony is not accessible so we are not blocking the calendar for those days. If those days change, which is beyond our control, we may consider alternate accommodations if available, but no refund. Note that due to weather, it is possible that dates change.

Parking is limited to two vehicles, and no boats, RVs, or trailers are permitted.

LONG TERM STAYS/SNOWBIRDS: If you plan to stay more than 30 days, you may be required to have a cleaning every 30 days by our cleaners. If required, the cleaning fee will be added to your booking for each 30 days of your stay after booking. Contact us for more information.

CANCELLATIONS: We will follow the cancel policy you were provided by the booking channel you used. Be sure to read your rental agreement for all of the cancellation terms. Please contact the website from which you made the booking to initiate a refund; or contact us directly.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES: Check in time is 4PM or later. Check out time is 10AM. Please plan accordingly.
