Welcome to your ultimate mountain getaway in the heart of the High Country! Nestled within the prestigious, gated community of The Lodges at Eagles Nest, this stunning 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom luxury lodge offers an unforgettable experience surrounded by panoramic Blue Ridge Mountain views, world-class amenities, and rustic elegance at every turn.

Step inside and be captivated by soaring timber-framed ceilings, warm hardwood floors, and a grand stone and shiplap fireplace that anchors the open-concept living space. Oversized windows flood the home with natural light and frame breathtaking mountain vistas, creating a serene backdrop for every season.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and a spacious island perfect for entertaining. Whether you're cooking for two or ten, every meal becomes a memory here.

Each of the five spacious bedrooms brings its own unique charm, with plush bedding, designer finishes, and spa-like en-suite bathrooms. The primary suite is a private sanctuary with a king bed, TV, spa-like bathroom with tiled shower, and direct deck access to enjoy morning coffee with a view. Upstairs you'll find two more King suites and a suite with a Twin-over-Queen bunk bed. Downstairs is the fifth suite, with another Queen-over-Queen bunk bed set.

Room At the Top offers lots of fun for everyone indoors and out! The loft area has a foosball table, and downstairs in the den you'll find a kitchenette area, second living space, shuffleboard table, and arcade machine. Outside, the expansive decks are built for making memories from sunrise to starlight. Grill dinner under the stars, unwind in the hot tub, or gather around the outdoor fireplace with a glass of wine while the cool mountain air surrounds you.

Located just minutes from downtown Banner Elk, and with access to Eagles Nest's incredible amenities, including hiking and ATV trails, sports courts, a winery, outdoor amphitheater, and more, this is more than just a home… it's an adventure waiting to happen.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each

HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p

Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:

- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.

- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.

- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.

- The home is steep, gravel, and required 4WD year round. The main roads are plowed in winter, but chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.

- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)

- The summer concerts are open to all guests. More information and a schedule are found at eaglesnestatbannerelk (dot) com.

- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures (dot) com.

- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

- Returning guests of this home may receive a 5% discount upon verification of prior visit, not to be stacked with other discounts.

- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.

- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am

-CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings cancelled with a 30+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings cancelled between 15-29 days will receive half of their deposit back. Bookings cancelled with 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless your dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
