The layout of this rental feels more like a home with separation of main living areas and bedrooms, so you can put the kids to bed and not have to tip toe around afterwards or if you are the couple that gets up before dawn to do your workout and your friends like to sleep in, everyone will be comfortable here. All the bedrooms are located on the upper level. The main bedroom features a comfortable King bed and large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and shares the hallway bathroom with the 3rd bedroom. The hallway bathroom contains a tub/shower combo perfect for the little ones after a day of exploration on the mountain. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a desk. Pack lighter, the full-size washer and dryer is also located on this level.

The Enclave is a quiet community of townhomes located in the mountain area. The community has a common area hot tub to enjoy and is located just a short walk to a free Steamboat City Bus stop which can whisk you away to the mountain and downtown. In the summer time, enjoy the tranquil walking paths just outside your door and you may see some friendly wildlife as you sip your morning coffee on the deck.
