Other Things To Note:

☆ Pool: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Our pool cleaner comes only on Tuesday and Friday morning to maintain the pool. He will come and go through the side gate and should also not bother you throughout your stay.

☆ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!

☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

☆ Desert living: This home and many homes in Palm Springs are located in the desert, sand is around, sand flys when windy. When windy the pool does catch some sand. Our pool cleaners always try their best to clean the sand, but in some cases sand my be in the pool.
