Cottonwood at Sun Lakes is an exciting adult community offering an abundance of recreation, dining and entertainment activities.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: One person must be 40+ years of age to use Guest Card for amenities, and children are welcome to stay within/under 30 days. (No one under age 19 is permitted to reside in the home for more than 30 days.) Amenities are an additional cost and not included in the price of the rental.

GOLF: Cottonwood Country Club boasts a challenging but fair and well-manicured par 72 Championship style golf course. Sun Lakes has 5 courses designed for golfers of all different abilities. Special Note: Golf cart in home is available for guest use at this time at a rate of $150 weekly or $450 for a monthlong stay.

RECREATION: Activities for EVERYONE! Billiards, Bocce Ball, Pickleball, Monthly Activities Calendar, Swimming, Tennis, and so much more!

RESTAURANTS: Choose from a variety of 4 different Club Houses to dine.

For bookings of 30 days or more: there is an electricity cap of $200 granted per month, and guests will be responsible for any overages during their stay.
