CHECK-IN + ARRIVAL

- Early arrival or late departure may be available upon request (additional fee may apply)

DOORSTEP BEACH GEAR DELIVERY (VayKLife)

- For stays of 2+ nights, you'll receive details after booking to choose gear (chairs, umbrellas, cruisers, coolers, and more) for delivery to the home, with easy pickup at the end of your trip.

GOLF CARTS (OPTIONAL - IF RENTING):

- Street-legal golf carts available through La Dolce Vita (delivery + pickup at the home)

- 4- and 6-passenger carts

- Driver must be 25+ with a valid license

- Must follow Maravilla rules and designated routes

- IMPORTANT: Not permitted on Highway 98 or on sidewalks

GETTING AROUND

- Maravilla is a walkable, gated community close to cafes, beachfront restaurants, and local shops. A car is recommended for exploring Destin, Miramar Beach, and nearby attractions. Sidewalks, bike paths, rideshare, and local rentals are available.

HOUSE RULES + BOOKING REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ)

- Primary reservation holder must be 25+ (ID verification required). No exceptions.

- No pets

- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property

- No events/parties

- Signed Coastline rental agreement required within 48-72 hours of booking; arrival details and access instructions are released after completion

- Guests must follow all community rules, including quiet hours and parking regulations

- Parking is limited to designated spaces only

- No oversized vehicles (RVs, trailers, boats). HOA strictly enforces parking rules

OTHER NOTES

- High-speed Wi-Fi is provided; guests who require uninterrupted connectivity may wish to bring a personal hotspot as backup

- Seasonal and winter monthly stays may include an additional extended-stay cleaning fee (noted at booking)

- Coastline does not have access to residential mailboxes; please use a carrier pickup location for packages

- Exterior security cameras, if present, are disclosed and used only for safety/occupancy compliance (no interior monitoring)
