- No Large Parties: We kindly ask guests to refrain from hosting large gatherings with alcohol due to sensitive neighbors.

- Maintenance Fees: Guests will be charged $75/hour for repairs required due to misuse during their stay.

- Limited Supplies: Starter toilet paper is provided; guests staying longer than a week should bring additional supplies.

- No Dishwasher: While the kitchen is fully equipped, there is no dishwasher on-site.
