This unique one bedroom apartment is across the street from the best beach in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and in the middle of everything. It can't get better than this.

The kitchen is fully stocked and prepared for cooking and eating in. The kitchen includes forks, knives, plates, cups, bowls, pots, pans, etc.

Condado is the most central neighborhood in San Juan--there is everything you'll ever need within one block.

Public transportation is easy from here--multiple bus lines run through the avenue and there is a taxi stand across the street.

Condado Beach is located across the street and is open to the public.

We are here for our guests as much or as little as they need.

This building requires mask wearing in all public (lobby, elevators, stairwell, hallways,) and has a $200 penalty fine for not wearing masks. This penalty cost is passed to guest with video camera evidence of the infraction.
