***POOL SPA HEATING*** NORTH WEST FACING POOL There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date for arrangements.

***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves.The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and street parking is allowed. This house does not feature a covered garage as it is turned into a game room for guest entertainment.

** BBQ GRILL Small charcoal grill provided, If you need any vacation gear please arrange with host prior arrival. ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***

**PET POLICY Only small pets or under 40 pound dogs allowed $150 Pet fee- each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged
