Home is centrally located to nearby restaurants, the Empire Polo Grounds that host the festivals, near Palm Springs, Joshua Tree National Park, Old Town La Quinta and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens.

Your one-of-a-kind retreat awaits you! Guaranteed that you will not be able to find a getaway like this oasis. This home has an incomparable game room, from indoor basketball hoops, darts, connect 4, pool table, Smart TV with a lounge area and also a coffee bar with a mini fridge. Home offers a completely updated and contemporary Kitchen, with all white cabinetry, granite countertops and all stainless-steel appliances. Kitchen also comes fully stocked with all of your essential cooking and dining utensils. You'll notice that the Living room has a bohemian cozy feel to the room and plenty of natural lighting from the windows looking out to the patio. The patio is a perfect place for you to chill during your stay, not only does it have breathtaking views of the sunset, but you can also relax and enjoy your day grilling in the shade, sitting by the firepit with your loved ones, and lastly taking a dip in the pool on those nice hot days. Right when you enter, you'll notice that this home does not skimp out on charm, with the fun, unique plant and cactus aesthetic throughout the home.

Guests have full access to my 2 bedroom home, the ultimate game room, and all the amenities the country club has to offer. For the two community pools you will have access too there will be a binder with a map and pool keys for which pools you haver access too.

Home is located in Indian Palms Country Club. This is a safe, charming, gated neighborhood. The country club offers community pool and spa, tennis courts, pocceball courts, and a gym! Were also located next to plenty of attractions, walking distance to the Empire Polo Grounds that host Coachella and Stagecoach, Palm Springs, Old town La Quinta, Joshua Tree National Park and Indian Wells Tennis Garden.

When entering the community, you must enter the front gate on Monroe Street @ Indian Palms County Club. To exit, you can use closest gate on Jackson, or the front @ Monroe street.

Uber/Lyft is also available for getting around.

Please be aware that overnight street parking is not allowed from 10pm-6 am, doing so may lead to a possible tow or ticket.

If you'd like to take advantage of the country club amenities please let me know prior to your stay that way I can get your guest form filed.

Mondays are trash days if you can roll the bins out to the curb the night prior and back into the garage the following day that would be greatly appreciated.

If you happen to run out of propane during your stay please reach out and we can get it filled for you.

There is no accessible garage parking and is locked off for owner things

Due to HOA restrictions, only 4 guest per reservation are permitted to use the community amenities. Please reach out with any questions.

If pool keys happen to go missing there will be a $25 key fee.
