The holiday apartment in the Paljakka Ski Resort is located 2.2 kilometers from the main road by car and 1.1 kilometers by foot. The resort is surrounded by the scenic beauty of the 1-kilometer long and 200-meter wide Rakennusjärvi Lake. The holiday complex was completed in 1991.

The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a well-equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Additionally, there's a sauna, a shower room, and a separate toilet for your convenience. Up on the loft, you'll find two box spring beds and two extra mattresses.
