This listing includes two adorable downtown Heber Homes right next to each other. Both are individually offered as vacation rentals but can be booked together to accommodate large groups. The Heber Colonial and Blueberry Bungalow are two of Heber City's most popular vacation rental homes. The Colonial is a 5 bedroom 4 bath beauty, featured in several Hallmark Movies and in numerous commercials. The former home of Utah's famous Food Nanny, the Colonial has spacious comfortable bedrooms, well appointed bathrooms and chefs kitchen, a 2nd kitchen and family room, two deck areas, Arctic Spa, 2 Fire pit seating areas, outdoor dining area and raised bed gardens that we keep well tended. One of the two garage spaces has also been converted into a game room area with an arcade console, ping pong and room to store your gear (bikes, skis, etc). The Blueberry Bungalow right next door is a super cute 2 bedroom 1 bath bungalow with gorgeous wood floors, fun and comfortable furnishings, a special dog suite in the laundry area with doggie door to a perfect dog friendly backyard with grass, trees, outdoor dining area, and fire pit. Pets are only allowed at the Bungalow. All together both homes will accommodate a total of 22 guests, 6 vehicles, 2 pets. There are 4 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 full beds and 6 twin beds.

A digital home guide and house manual will be emailed and texted to you a few days prior to your arrival.

The homes are located just one block from Heber's historic downtown main street. Restaurants and shopping abound and if you are willing to drive a few minutes, you will shortly be in lovely Midway just 5 minutes away. Park City is only another 20 minutes and Salt Lake City only 40 minutes.

This Bungalow is pet friendly and we will happily accommodate your furry friends. Here are the rules. Please indicate when booking that you are bringing pets and how many. We charge a $25 per pet, per night fee for pets. All pets must be kenneled if you plan to leave them at the home without supervision. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You are responsible for picking up after your pet. If our cleaning crew has to pick up messes in the home or outside the home on the property, you will be charged a minimum $200 additional cleaning fee. All animals must be disclosed prior to your stay. Service animals are welcome but they must be disclosed ahead of time and documentation provided if required. If it is found that you bring a pet without notifying us (even service animals) you will be charged $50 per night per furry family member. Please report any damage a pet is responsible for immediately so we can resolve it immediately.
