Gulf Front - Treasure Island got its name from an early hotel owner who buried and discovered a couple of wooden chests on the beach. The hotelier claimed that the chests were filled with treasure. News of the discovery spread quickly, and people began calling the area Treasure Island.

The unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo that offers all the conveniences of home: TVs, free wireless high-speed internet, linens, and bath towels, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator/ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, disposal; iron/ironing board and clothes washer and dryer. Gated Community Note: PER THE ASSOCIATION, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A ONE-TIME $50.00 PARKING/RESORT FEE FOR YOUR STAY. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ONLY - NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. IF YOU HAVE A SECOND CAR, THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $10.00 PARKING FEE FOR THE STAY. IF YOU HAVE A GUEST VISIT AT ANY TIME DURING YOUR STAY, THEY TOO WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A $10 PARKING FEE FOR THE DAY. GUESTS MUST DEPART BY 11:00 PM.
