Things to know:

- One-time payment FOB charge of $30 (a key is given to you. If lost, report it to the front desk)

- Pets are not allowed.

- Valet Parking: $100USD per week / 2 weeks - $125USD / 3 weeks - $150USD / 4 weeks - $175 USD.

- Package reception is $7.

- A laundry card will be left inside the apartment. In case it is lost, you can buy a replacement directly at the front desk, where you can also recharge it.

- Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.

- A Refundable Damage Deposit fee of $200 will be held from your credit card at check-in. This will be refunded after check-out if no damage claim is made.
