LemonShellO is a wonderful home with 8 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bath and Smart TV. There are 6 King bedrooms, 2 that each have a pair of Queens. 4 King bedrooms are beachfront with beachfront porches. All bedrooms have private baths, and HDTVs. The open floor plan is perfect for a gathering of family or friends.

The large great room has tons of seating for everyone to be together, and opens to a beachfront porch and your own private pool (heated). The kitchen has 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 stoves, 2 microwaves, 2 ice makers, and a tremendous amount of counter space so you can comfortably cook for a crowd. There are laundries on the second and third floors.

Enjoy a wonderful private pool (Heated!) on the main level deck so it has amazing views and easy access for your family to enjoy in the sun or shade. The dune walkover takes you right to the sugar-white sands of our emerald coast beach. There is a new hot tub on the private ground level deck, with steps leading down to a seating area and fire pit that is the perfect outdoor gathering spot in cooler weather.

LemonShello is located about 2.8 miles west of Hwy 59, a few hundred yards east of Lagoon Pass which offers great fishing as the tides flow in and out of the lagoon. You'll be close to restaurants & shops but away from condos & crowds. Sorry, we are not able to rent to groups under the age of 25.

To have pool Heated during stay, please reach out to property manager after reservation has been made. A cost $50 per day will be insured to the total reservation price for each day the pool is heated. Depending on the weather, the pool may not be able to be heated. This will be assessed based on reservation dates.

Personal vehicle transportation is recommended.

The house is located on West Beach Blvd which has many Beach house lining it.

Towards the east of the house is a tourist area with many shops and restaurants.

Reservations must be a minimum of seven nights during peak season, certain holidays, and special annual events, such as spring break and fall break.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement/contract in order to complete a reservation.

All reservations will be required to sign a rental agreement form with seven days of initial reservations. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of reservation.
