Our neighborhood is close to EVERYTHING. We are in a central hub to wherever you need to go. It's quiet and family friendly.

We are 0.5 miles away from UTA route 953 to Alta/Snowbird.

We are 1 mile away from Target and Fort Union Shops.

The owners of the home live upstairs should you need anything.

Additionally, we only allow parking for (1) one car in the indicated spot in the driveway. No parking on the street is available unless permission is received. There can be up to a $1000 fine for parking in the street or additional vehicles. Just communicate and we can facilitate for the most part.
