110 km to the north from Helsinki in Harviala, Janakkala, this modern 105 m² lakeside villa was built in 2023 by lake Sääjärvi. There is a campfire site and a pier by the lake. The bottom of the lake is soft near the shore, and you can access it for swimming from the pier.

There is a large landscape window which gives a wonderful view of the fishy Lake Sääjärvi. The well-equipped living room and kitchen are open to the ceiling. In addition there are 2 spacious bedrooms on the ground floor. One with double bed (160 cm) and other with bunk bed (2 x 80 cm). Upstairs a large low loft with 2 beds (80 cm). In addition an utility room.

There is no sauna.

There is a charcoal grill, which has a smoker and a BBQ grill. A kayak and rowing boat are available for use.

Please contact Lomarengas if you want to rent this cottage just for a day without staying overnight, for example for a meeting. The price is 625 e in summer (after Midsummer - mid August) and 430 e at other times, including towels. Day use is from 9 am to 11 pm. The daily price is not in use at Christmas, New Year, Easter and Midsummer.
