Our property is expertly managed we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can easily reach us by phone, or email. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.

Pet-Friendly Accommodations:

We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $100 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

Pool:

Due to our desert location, there's potential for sand in the pool. Regular cleaning is scheduled every Monday if you prefer not to be bothered during your stay please let us know and we can coordinate another day for the pool to be cleaned. While our pool is not heated, it's perfect for cooling off and enjoying the beautiful weather!

Backyard Details:

The backyard features a hardscape with rocks, offering a unique desert landscape. Please supervise children accordingly.

Respect for Neighbors:

Please ensure that you do not impede on the neighbors' property or use their driveway at any time.

Air Conditioning Use:

To maintain efficiency and effectiveness, the AC will not operate with doors open. Please ensure all doors are closed when the AC is running.

Umbrella Safety:

Please keep the umbrellas closed when not in use to prevent damage and ensure safety during windy conditions.
