The entry level has garage parking, while the second level includes the kitchen, living, and dining areas with a half bath. The unit boasts a private elevator and additional picture windows for an open, inviting interior. Walk to nearby breweries and enjoy Asheville's food and music scene.

 

For your safety, security cameras are installed on the front and back exteriors of the property. As this is a residential complex, please be mindful of your neighbors.

 

There are two parking spaces included with the unit. One is located in the private garage (6'8 H, 8'6 W, 17' L), and the other is located in an assigned space behind the townhome.
