Walking distance to the Empire Polo Grounds that host Coachella & Stagecoach. It’s a short drive away to Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, El Paseo, Joshua Tree, and other hot spot attractions. This community features a 27 hole championship golf course.

Because safety is our number one priority, we are pleased to say our home is located in a community that is not only gated, but is patrolled 24/7 by security officers. The home includes an attached two car garage, and space for 2 cars in the driveway for any guests that you may have. Enjoy the warm sunrise relaxing on the cozy patio furniture or a glass of your favorite beverage around the firepit. Let your hair down for some fun in the sun inside of the pool with an attached jacuzzi. The pool/Jacuzzi light up at night for a fun vibe. Play some corn hole in the backyard with you friends while you’re BBQ’ing some dinner. Indulge in the comfort and tranquility of this contemporary modern kitchen. The space features granite top counters an open-concept layout, a monochromatic color scheme with stark contrasts, wood surfaces, and tasteful furnishings and decor. Have a glass of wine while enjoying Netflix on the comfortable sofa and a 55” flat screen tv. Master bedroom has 1 king, 1 twin day bed and 2 twin foldable cots. This is an impeccably clean and truly entertaining property. Also there is a FULLY stocked kitchen with every cooking essential, plenty of Keurig pods for the coffee maker and condiments. This is the place to be in the desert if you are looking for a fun , relaxing and comfortable, amazing vacation!!

This home features a larger Master suite with a large private bathroom. The 2nd guest room has a “boho” feel with fun decorations. It’s an en-suite with a private bathroom as well. The 3rd room has an office vibe. It has a desk for work with a chair to use. Huge kitchen with everything you need. Big couch with a 55” TV for family movie night. Our outdoor space features a private pool & jacuzzi, outdoor dining, fire pit, BBQ, under cover patio with furniture, and corn hole for some fun.

Home is located in gated community Indian Palms Country Club. Close to many attractions such as Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, Joshua Tree, El Paseo, and more!

The neighborhood features a 27 hole championship golf course, a clubhouse for food and drinks. It also has Tennis Courts available for use.

When entering the community, you must enter the front gate on Monroe Street @ Indian Palms County Club. To exit, you can use closest gate on Jackson, or the front @ Monroe street.

How often does the pool get cleaned?

Our pool cleaner comes every Monday/Wednesday/Friday to deep clean the pool.

Do you have a fire pit?

Yes! Gas fire pit available to use as you wish.

Is there a BBQ?

We do have a BBQ available for use. It does use propane.

Is the Pool/Jacuzzi heated?

Yes. There will be a $50 daily pool heating fee if you choose to heat the pool. This just covers gas cost to heat the pool. Spa heat is complimentary.

Other: Yard maintenance crew comes every Thursday.

Trash day is every Monday

Due to HOA restrictions, only 4 guest per reservation are permitted to use the community amenities. Please reach out with any questions.

By accepting this rental through Airbnb, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests.  You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.

You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.
