South Bay Beach Cities (Manhattan, Hermosa, Redondo, El Segundo, Playa Del Rey) are definitely a "bubble", separated enough from the bustle of LA that they do feel like a true escape. Staying in the bubble and hanging at the beach is highly acceptable and great get away to escape the bustle of LA.

Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes.

-The home is near downtown Manhattan Beach, it is not uncommon to hear people on the street, leaving restaurants and going to their cars. Usually before 10:00PM.

-This vacation rental has a Manhattan Beach business license allowing for short-term stays. TOT taxes of 14% will apply.
